IMPORT CUSTOMS/TAXES

Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. LUUN™ has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped, confirming shipment. This email or SMS will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so you can follow the progress of your package.

If for some reason you do not receive an email, please email us at sales@luun.se and we will gladly provide your shipping and tracking information.
