Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries made outside EU. Any customs fees incurred on international shipping are the responsibility of the customer. LUUN™ has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped, confirming shipment. This email or SMS will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so you can follow the progress of your package.
If for some reason you do not receive an email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly provide your shipping and tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for purchases made from this website only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by e-mail to us.
We recommend re-using the original packaging and sealing it with packing tape. It's the ecological way to go!

Please include a note in the package with your name, order number and if you wish to have a refund or exchange for a different size. The return cost is to be paid by the customer - for exchanges we will ship the new size/items to you free of charge.
Purchases made from resellers:
Please take your return or exchange back to the original point of purchase for processing. Only the dealer from whom you made your purchase will be able to issue a refund.
Shipping your order back:
Due to the various complexities of international shipping we are not able to provide a return shipping label or cover the shipping cost for international returns.
However, should you wish to make an exchange to a different size or product, LUUN will cover the cost to send your new item out once we have received the returned package. LUUN is not responsible for lost return packages or costs associated with internationally shipping back a return or exchange.
Sometimes small manufacturing issues cannot be seen until an item is worn. If you notice a manufacturing issue, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will work out the best solution for the issue.
Please note: If you are exchanging an item due to a manufacturing issue, LUUN will refund the cost of international standard return shipping.
