Refund policy

We accept returns for purchases made via the LUUN.se website, related website channels, and authorized LUUN Resellers only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. A return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by e-mail to us. We recommend re-using the original packaging and sealing it with packing tape. It's the ecological way to go!
